Chambre d'hôtes à Villedômer

Madame was so welcoming despite our having three dogs, one of which was a young boxer. He managed to make the floor awash with water from his bowl and then paddled his muddy feet through it within minutes. Madame was not fazed. The apartment has lots of rooms, all beautifully decorated. The kitchen, although slightly unconventional (no sink) was very well equipped. A lovely village with dog walks in a picturesque agricultural area. The thing that I loved the most was the beautiful garden with a stream at the bottom of it and the enormous breakfast of patisseries - enough for six but there were only two of us!
